Thank you!
Ok, found it on the UESP for you..
Only copied a section of the page though that's specific to your question above.. however, if you want to suss it out properly.
Jump onto the UESP and look under Speech ..
Prices are computed by the following:
The Base Price Factor is calculated by your skill level; each skill rank reduces the price factor by .013 by default, and skill levels over 100 have no effect:
price factor = fBarterMax - (fBarterMax - fBarterMin) * min(skill,100)/100 price factor = 3.3 - 1.3*min(skill,100)/100 price factor = 3.3 - .013*min(skill,100)
The modified Price Factor depends on perks and Fortify Barter bonus:
sell price modifier = HagglingS * AllureS * (1 + Fortify Barter from potion) * (1 + the sum of Fortify Barter from equipment + Fortify Barter from Blessing of Zenithar) buy price modifier = HagglingB * AllureB * (1 - Fortify Barter from potion) * (1 - the sum of Fortify Barter from equipment - Fortify Barter from Blessing of Zenithar)
The final price combines the two Price Factors and rounds to the nearest whole number:
sell price = round(value of item * sell price modifier / base price factor) buy price = round(value of item * buy price modifier * base price factor)
HagglingS = 1.10 at Rank 1, 1.15 at Rank 2, 1.20 at Rank 3, 1.25 at Rank 4, 1.30 at Rank 5. AllureS = 1.10
HagglingB = 0.91 at Rank 1, 0.87 at Rank 2, 0.83 at Rank 3, 0.80 at Rank 4, 0.77 at Rank 5. AllureB = 0.91
Skill levels over 100 have no effect.
Thank you!
Either on here OR the UESP (Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages) has the formula the game mechanics uses for the selling of goods..
If i can track the formula down, I'll add it in here for you.....
Actually, bare with me..... need a few minutes..
Time for me to do an Evil playthrough as well I think..
I'm usually an Altmer though and being high and mighty and Magnus like, i look down upon most races except my own kind (Mer regardless of type) 🤣🤣
Interesting......................

Quote: Sven can be a follower?!?!?!?!?!
IF playing on a PC ..
Find both Sven & Faendal AND type the following into the console.....
(note ... works for most NPC's as well as spawned.. excludes All Hold Guards since they can't be followers, same with Stormcloak & Imperial Soldiers.. works with Jarl's too if you want them to follow you or Marry you 🤣, same with Hunters too mind you be they random encounters or spawned).
setrelationshiprank refID 3
player.setrelationshiprank refID 3
(whilst refID is selected while in console)
addfac 5c84d 4
addfac 5a1a4 4
(5c84d = Potential Follower Faction & 5a1a4 = Player Ally Faction)
(refID = their own personal Reference ID when clicked on whilst in the console)
IF wanting to Marry either of them, add this Faction whilst still in the console & their refID is selected......
addfac 19809 4
(19809 = Potential Marriage Faction)
For the full housecarl/follower/potential marriage package like you get with all of your own personal housecarls when you become Thane of whatever hold, add all 3 factions + these 2 commands as well.
setessential BaseID 1
resurrect (if dead) OR
recycleactor (if still alive)
Enjoy 🤣😊😎
IF Quest has been completed & Faendal is still alive.. Find Faendal, Bring up the console, Click Faendal & type this:
removefac f17ea
(f17ea = Riverwood Camilla Faction)
AND maybe this 1 too to reset his AI (possibly will kill the hidden script I hope)
recycleactor
or
resurrect
It SHOULD stop him from paying his little visits to her BUT idk if it will kill the script though, hence the "should" 🤣
(Need someone with the CK to confirm that & I need to trial that on a playthrough since I play on both an XBOX 360 & PC)

* Note to All *
Finding the Reeking Cave isn't as hard as you think, Trust me on this............
To locate WITHOUT having to do as earlier suggested by someone by picking the front gate and jumping through the wall with the bush, here's something much simpler...................
(As Serana nicely comments about the Draugr being Gullible when she was younger (my guess on her true description of them = Stupid as well as Gullible LOL) , given my following Directions a Draugr can easily enough find the mouth of the cave in question).
First of All, if you know where The Statue of Meridia is. Fast Travel there to begin.
Having the Statue facing you (compass should read near due South whilst facing the stairs that lead up to the statue)..
Turn Left and face the Dragon Wall and the path that goes past it to the North....
Follow the path....
At the end of said path is a paved road, turn right and follow the road.
The road will shortly wind itself Northward.
Just past 2 single trees after the outcropping of rock (on the right of the path) is a cave opening.
Said opening IS The Reeking Cave and can be entered if the quest has been started or not, doesn't matter.
Wind Guide you, Shadows hide you.

The Skyforge predates the Mer or elven and in an earlier post they were arguing about the dwemer who if you play the main quest line were it meets up with this one quest (I forgot the name of them both) you learn that all elves have dwemer blood in them. I play many rpg games and elves are usually considerd wise and skilled in the art of magic (unless you play Dragon Age wich them there the only race without magic). In the companions quest line it is said that the Skyforge is powerd by the ashes of fallen heros. There is thise one article on this very wiki that speaks of an ancient race that ouce lived and they are mentioned up above I believe they were the first to discover the land there were the ones that made a safe haven for there kind and kept it hidden for a long time. Then there were the ones that travelled the lands in small bands and when these small bands met up the joined together. Well these roaming ones found the hidden sancturay but were not allowed to live there becuase they lost touch with there ancient religion this cuased a great war. I believe that the Skyforge was created by the wanders to make strong weapons and armor that could defend them agianst the ancient magics of there race. If you read the page it says that the wanders won the war and during this great war new oceans were formed and that this is how the continent caim into shape.
Sorry about the length I'm aggitated and bored out of my mind and if there are speeling errors I'm sorry to those that hate them I suck at spelling.
For you to mention the Winterhold Great Collapse & wonder why the Winterhold College was spared (mostly spared) , you didn't ask Arch-Mage Aren anything about it then did you?.......
If you did, you mustn't of paid much attention to him...................
I'll leave that statement right here for you to think about ..........
(Basically it = your next playthrough , ask around, you'll be told how the College held up against the Storm(s))
The Rift in Cardiff.......
That's a Whovian/Torchwood reference..........
Love your thinking mate...
Noooooooooooooooooo..............
G'Day ol' mate 😎👍
I was thoroughly enjoying that thread and every single thread since the 1st.....
I choked on coffee after coffee, cried & laughed my arse off....
The major pity of it was the idiots who wanted to jump fandoms and throw in crap about Fallout ... why throw in other Bethesda Games for has me still scratching my head even after saying my piece about it (which i was surprised i got some Kudos for lol)....
I hope you can revive it Purrington, that was some of the best Fan Fiction I have ever read and have had the privilege of adding to.
Drop me a message on my talk page if you want to hit me up the details on how you killed it and the why on doing so lol.
Cheers 👍👍
Did you save the game before reading the book?
If not, load the previous auto save because it auto saves the moment you spawn in so the autosave previous to that will have to do mate.
And would you rather live on our Earth or on Nirn?
Nirn since Earth is too full of stupid people (to answer your 2nd question).
To answer your 1st question, it's a very tough choice (but with The Awesomeness of "Nazeem Legends" in mind (I laughed and I cried from tears of Joy and Laughter time and time and time again) with certain people wanting Zombie plagues/apocalypse's i thought of this more logical approach which they should of used to justify a zombie apocalypse in Skyrim)..............
............. I'd live in Whiterun (Cloud District of course 🤣) and be a Master Alchemist, Master Smith, Master Archer, Werewolf (or Vampire Lord) and Protect the Ritual Stone from all forms of corruption and tampering to thwart any attempts of any Necromancers from ever affecting The Ritual Stone with their magics and bringing about any Zombie Apocalypses.
Secondly I'd make constant guard trips on all the Borders to Cyrodiil to make sure No Zombies ever made/make it through the Jerrals & Wrothgarian Mountains from Cyrodiil (Cyrodiil can keep their Zombies 🤣 & Goblins) ..
Depending on what faction I'm with (Werewolves or Volkihar Vampires), I'd have them (faction members) keep said Borders between Cyrodiil & Skyrim (and wherever any Zombies are likely to get through from any other Country or Province of The Empire) under constant around the clock surveillance.
*side note to any Mods/Admins*
Please let Nazeem Legends continue.. i thoroughly enjoyed it apart from it being wrecked by morons on occasion.
The creator of the idea for it should be commended for a job well done.
🤣🤣🤣 Love the "Try shouting" idea.... yes, screaming at inanimate objects definitely doesn't work BUT it does help relieve one's own stress occasionally LMAO
If playing with Mods active like some do, I have found by looking at everyone's problems that the installed/active mods are the problem.
I play Legendary Edition on both the Xbox 360 & my Laptop..
On both versions I've NEVER had a problem in killing Harkon & I used Auriel's bow every time on every play through.........
Nazeem Materialized back into himself and made his way to High Hrothgar to see the head Greybeard to see if he had any insights into "the way of women" which he thought was similar to "the way of the voice".
Arngeir admitted entrance and said to him........................
Since you finished the Riekling Questline and became their "leader" .... the "random encounters" of 3 popping up to lend a hand either on Solstiem or back on the mainland is natural & NOT (i repeat NOT) a glitch or bug.
IF you also have no human followers present at the time you can recruit them from that/those random encounter(s) which if still a pet follower after that will spawn 2 Rieklings instead of 3 for subsequent encounters until you piss it off (get it to go home/leave your service). HOWEVER there are times you can have 1 human follower & 1 Riekling as well..
To do that, do this......
OPTION 1:
IF the Leader of the Thieves Guild is alive and you're doing the quest to find Karliah, he'll NOT be classed as a follower (technically)..... go to Snow Veil Sanctum, DO NOT GO INSIDE, just get close to him.. after he talks to you, walk/run away to see if he follows. If so, take him to Solstiem (Thirsk Mead Hall) OR hope for a random encounter to recruit a Riekling....
OPTION 2:
If you're alone with no pets or followers.....
Go to Solstiem (Thirsk Mead Hall) OR hope for a random encounter and recruit 1, THEN if a "Thane" (or not, doesn't really matter which) go to a home you own with a resident Housecarl and recruit them (or place to buy a follower or 1 you have paid for/bribed/intimidated/persuaded and all they need to is to be asked then to follow).
You should then have 1 of each (1x Riekling & 1x Human) (not including Atronach Thralls or Necromantic Thralls) which can equip most weapons & armor.
Rieklings for "weapons" can & will equip 2 handed Great Swords, they will NOT Equip Battle Axe's (that i know of) but will equip rings, necklaces & any type of armor given to them.
Because of their tendancy to reset their inventory, Stock them on Weapons, Armor & other Wearables that you can remake & enchant easily . IF your pet Riekling dies, you can pick your stuff back up off of its body.

Altmer aussie please keep your posts to 1-2 sentences, that is a rule that the admins would repeat.
You & the "random users" screwed with the entertainment.. i was having a good laugh until it got screwed with.
Therefore they'd appreciate to getting things back on track as they were.
Now, carry on..

Meanwhile in prison The Dragonborn having saved most of the 5000 septims he made chopping firewood for the Bannered Mare fireplace and not having it confiscated by the Guards, he bribed all the guards, got freed, picked up his gear from the Evidence Locker and went back to the Chopping block outside The Bannered Mare and continued with blood sweat and tears making another small fortune (as bribing the guards cost him 3000).
