How about this?

Normal until Alduin dies. Then it looks like you start to absorb his soul, then boom! fiery explosion, knocking you and everyone else off their feet. You try to get up, but not before Alduin picks you up in his mouth and flies straight up with you. He then hurls you into the air where you become trapped by a death mist cyclone. You look like you are going to die, but then your eyes snap open and they are glowing blue. Alduin is flying around going I killed the Dragonborn. You are all doomed. Then you fly out of the death mist cyclone with a blue fire surrounding you. Then you kill Alduin one of three ways. If your Melee skills are highest, you stab him through the head with your weapon, which is also glowing with the blue fire. If you are best at archery, you backflip off his head and triple shot him with arrows that are glowing with said blue fire, or if you are a Mage, you grab either side of his head and channel the blue fire through his body. You then land with an explosion of blue fire and a second later Alduins smoking body lands behind you.

It would be nice visually, but it would add too much over the top-ness (not a real word, but you know what I mean) It's never been Bethesdas way to add big spectacle deaths into their games, especially TES. It might seem good on paper, but in the game it would be like what happened with Bioware and Dragon Age 2. Weaker story for faster, more flashy combat.
