What game?
Skyrim, I forgot to tag it.
Will you going sneaky? Vampires has bonus for sneaking and illusion, and illusion has a perk for quiet casting.
If you're a Vampire Lord, take all the vampire perk. If not, just ignore this one.
I'd rather be dark elf or breton because of resist fire or magic, but you do you.
If you need to regenerate health/magicka/stamina, just go inside any place that triggers loading screen.
If you don't feed, your powers will be stronger while your weaknesses becomes bigger either. Feeding will bring you back to stage one. Without Dawnguard DLC, NPCs will attack if you're on stage four.
I think being a vampire is basically just playing normally with additional powers and weaknesses. And it's just weakness to fire and no regeneration during the day. You can solve this with enchantments and potions.

Thanks for the advice! And yes I will defenitly be a sneaky character w/ Illusion spells.
So basically dont feed on NPC’s if you want to keep the best powers?
Dawnbreakers random blast will damage you too
J'Zargos spells would hurt you either way but now they will do bonus damage towards you cuz you count as an undead
Just like with the warewolf if you are a vampire lord and ppl from a hold dont see you transform you can get a bounty of a 1000 once you comeback it wont be there
If your doing restoration take the necromage perk. Makes all spells more effective against undead (including yourself) and it also boosts other perks you can get from other skill trees.
