^There have been a few things that have kept her away from being my least fave. I first started playing Skyrim as an innocent little girl, mind you, and I still remember sticking around Riverwood a lot during the early game. And when I found out that Delphine was this cool warrior lady in disguise, it obviously made me "ooh" and "ah" in amazement. Some of my earliest headcanons included Delphine being good friends and a kind of mentor to my first LDB. I never really saw how bad she was other than her demanding I kill Paarthurnax. Nowadays, I know what a ridiculously horrible character she is, but I don't really have any strong emotions towards her.

I always get the mod that lets you talk her down on Paarthy. It’s not voice acted but I don’t care, dumbass choice.

Oh, I also don't like Brait. But... In one point I want "teleport" her to such a "great and kind" Grelod the Kind, in other hand I have no wish to kill Amren and his wife

Edit: I also hate Astrid. I have a theory that Cicero knew about her plans for treason and attacked her because of that. Like look at DB in Oblivion. They are great. They follow the rules and people are afraid of them. In Morrowind Morag Tong consider them a strong opponent

Yes, I agree, first encounter was cool, but I can't take her seriously after "We had an agreement: Maron gets you and Dark Brotherhood remains in one piece". Like, did she really expect Maron to leave Dark Brotherhood in peace after we killed his son?

I won't lie, during first walkthrough I killed Cicero. Then I tried to see a whole desk: crazy Cicero attacked Astrid right before we killed Victoria and Emperor's doubler and she sold us to Maron... That means that Cicero knew something and tried to make things different

Plus, don't forget that he managed to hurt badly Visara AND that guy, which is a werewolf, Arbjorn or whatever his name is. Cicero. Alone. With short dagger. Without armor

And don't forget, that Astrid said strait, that she is a leader here, and she doesn't care, that you are a Listener and you are second-in-command after Night Mother and Sithis

And during this quest you will get an ability to summon ghost-assasin and he will say, that Sithis doesn't want us to kill Cicero...

Oh, Astrid, I wish you had more health so I can torture you, not kill in one hit

I agree with Delphine. The only good dragon is a dead dragon. I agree with Ulfric. Skyrim is for the Nords. No Mer or Beastfolk in Skyrim.
