So ive always started with this build for some years now so i decided to share.
Basically:
start with Khajiit
equip Healing on the left hand, attack with the right hand
get Novice Hood and Novice Robes from the cage in Helgen Keep and equip them
after leaving Helgen, go get Gloves of the Pugilist asap by riding the carriage from Whiterun to Riften and looting it from Gian the Fist in the Ratway
get back to Whiterun and recruit Uthgerd the Unbroken by beating her in the fist fight
get the carriage to Morthal and from there make your way to Meeko's Shack to recruit Meeko as well
do the Bleak Falls Barrow and Dragon Rising quests to unlock Lydia, get an Ancient Nord Bow on your way through Bleak Falls Barrow
fast travel to Helgen and kill Uthgerd near the entrance where there will be no witnesses, loot her gear
buy a Steel Horned helmet from one of the blacksmiths, improve the Steel Greatsword and Ancient Nord Bow on the grindstone by using two of the Riverwood's Blacksmith Steel Ingots
give the Steel Horned helmet, the Steel Greatsword (Fine), the Ancient Nord Bow (Fine) and the full Steel Plate Armor to Lydia
go to The Lord Stone directly east of Morthal atop the peak and activate it to get it's buffs
go back to Riften and marry Lydia to get extra magicka cost reduction for your left hand Healing from the Amulet of Mara and The Bond of Matrimony
Everytime you level up, put your points into Health
And that's it, this build can be further improved later on by:
Finding better Robes and Hoods from lucky loots
Giving Lydia better armor, greatswords and bows
Leveling the Restoration skill tree to further improve your Healing
Leveling the Heavy Armor skill tree and getting Juggernaut and Fists of Steel perks then using high tier gauntlets to deal even more damage on your right hand attacks
