Do you guys know if the location of Amren's Family Sword change if I reload a save and begin the quest again? Or is it like decided per playthrough? The wiki page doesn't say anything about it...

Amren won't give the dialog to find his family's sword. Never had this happen before. Checked the bugs section of the wiki and saw nothing related to it. Anybody else had this happen and is it fixable?
