After doing the "battle for fort snowhawk" mission it says to "liberate Haafingar" with the arrow towards galmar, but there's no "reporting in" dialogue option, I searched and all I could find was people just encountering necromancers and nobody else having my problem. Any way to fix this?

RIght now I am trying to finish up old quests,, and one of them is the liberation of skyrim and I need to liberate the reach. How do I do this? I have gone to the reach camp for stormcloaks and there was nothing there but two horses, no camp. I went to Markarth and there were stormcloaks everywhere, and the Jarl has made me a Thane I think. I can 'report' to Ulfric but nothing happens,, what have I done wrong? I am on the switch.

Nintendo switch, I fast traveled, and the option did not appear when I talked to Galmar, so I went here and searched for an answer, I tried every fix here and nothing is working.
Any help?

AFAIK no city that didn't have a shrine to Talos, got one once the Stormcloaks won; I'd like that to become so, likely through a mod. Alternatively, is there a mod that can manually add the shrine (as in not checking how Liberation / Reunification of Skyrim ended) ?

I've done multiple main quests, including for dawnguard & dragonborn, and I find Liberation of Skyrim to be the most boring of them all. Get to camp, get to closest fort, fight the enemy, report to Ulfric, rinse & repeat, and the end was quite a let-down. The best that the quest offered to me was that I was finally able to get the 3rd word for Slow Time (awesome 📢). Is it just me? Did I miss something?
As the civil war wasn't appealing to me, since I saw no concrete difference for which side had the upper hand (at whichever location I was at), I did--numerous--quests before starting Liberation of Skyrim.
After you give your feedback on Liberation of Skyrim, if you wish to, perhaps share quests you things are of less interest, or that came close to it (if you also think it's the most boring one).
So I am playing skyrim on my switch and I cannot report to ulfric to tell him that I liberated the reach. So I need a solution please?

I had to liberate falkreath for the Liberation of Skyrim quest, but now that i have completed the main storyline and liberated falkreath during the summit i can't seem to progress, the quest gives me no marker, and ulfric offers no particular dialogue options. how can i solve?

i was liberating the reach and the quest never completed but i’ve already done the one after and now i can’t liberate Haafingar

If this has already been solved and I just didn't see it, my bad. The entire CW quest line has been SUPER buggy and I'm not even halfway through it. I've run into soooooooooo many bugs and it's really starting to grind my gears. I've been using the console to solve most of my problems but I can't seem to figure my current issue out. After liberating the Reach, I have to report back to Ulfric and there are no new dialouge options. I've tried a couple things, like waiting and fast traveling, disabling him and re-enabling him, etc. I'm not super good with the console so I'm sure I've missed something. If someone can help me out I'd be grateful.

I'm having this bug where Ulfric doesnt give me dialouge after I liberate falkreath and the reach part of this storyline

So I was doing the whole Battle for Whiterun quest. Then I Completed it, cool. Wait, why is it just playing the song that happens when I fight group of baddies? All well it probably go way if not I'll just mute it didn't really like skyrim's background sound track anyways." *fast travels to Riften* "Okay, it still just playing that song maybe if I do the whole thing where I just quit and come back in." Then I did that. But, that didn't work, so I just muted the song "Okay maybe I should just do the next stromcloak qust Liberation of Skyrim." So it tells me to speak with Ulfric that the stromcloak won. I found Ulfric. Then I told him that the stromcloak won... No that's wrong, because I can't tell him that, the game won't let me. "Maybe there is something I missed in whiterun" I thought. Then I opened the map, only to see no whiterun icon. I click were it would be, not able to fast travel. Okay, I'll just go to the nearest place. then I do that. walk the Whiterun. Then I walked to dragonsreach, only to see the first king of Whiterun (the one that you fight in Battle for Whiterun (stormcloak)) instead of V. Graymane. Okay maybe I just ingore this questline for a bit. I then go to the Stormcloak camp in Whiterun. Ralolf is still there waiting to be recuirted to fight for a battle that has already been won.
That the total amount of 5 glicthes all in a row. Considenses?I think not!
(P.S I'm using console (more specifically, The Nintendo Switch), so no fancy stuff)

I was curious what would happen if one would finish the civil war questline and the main quest...- Does it mean an end to the war of skyrim? !!!! ATTENTION SPOILERS FOR MAIN QUEST!!! If you finish the main quest, the dragons won't be a danger to skyrim any longer, but stormcloaks and Imperials still hate each other's guts- but if you fight for either side you occupy most (important) places all over skyrim and kill the other fraction (root them out? But not completely?) I just wish there would be such a thing as peace between the two fractions without hating each other's guts just for existing... maybe,like... a happy ending?

Hello! The other day I finished the attack on Whiterun and defeated the Jarl. Once I left to report back to Ulfric, the dialog options that I meeded weren't popping up.
Now, I will mention that I just had the glitch where the battle music was on a constant cycle. I was looking up a few ways of trying to get rid of it, including letting myself be killed after picking a fight with the guards. I tried leaving the city and traveling back to Whiterun. Nothing. But eventually the track timed out. I though it was going to start up again, but it didn't. The music has been normal since.
So, after dealing with that glitch, I needed to figure out how to get the quest to continue. I looked it up and i saw someone had said something about back to Whiterun and talking to everyone in Dragonsreach. So I fast traveled to the nearest farm to the city entrance (the city still wasn't on the map).
I'm running through the city and there was obvious aftermath from the battle. And the Stormcloak soldiers are on guard. HOWEVER, when I went into Dragonsreach, Balgruuf was still on the throne! Irileth was standing there too. As well as Vignar Gray-Mane...
On a positive note (maybe) Whiterun is back on the map.
I am on PS4.

I just ended the battle for whiterun and defeated the Jarl. It now tells me to report to Jarl Ulfric and even gives the marker, but when i go to talk to him there's no dialoge option to continue... how to fix?

I don't have any civil war related mods, but when I go to the quest marker to meet the men no one is there.

I am trying to liberate the reach, i blackmailed the steward and did the Caravan thingy. It tells me to talk with Galmar Stone-fist but None of the options give any results. I talken to every one in the are. What do i do?

As soon as I go to the camp to take over the reach Galmar Stone Fist sees me and follows me and tries to kill me!!! I have no bounty in any city and i never attacked him PLZ HELP!!!

I completed the whiterun battle and ulfric told me to go to falkreath. I did so and Galmar is not at the camp I am on a ps3 and can't do anything to get him back

i have liberated falkreath hold, and have talked to Ulfrik, however, I have recieved no continuation of the "Liberation of Skyrim" quest... since 'liberating falkreath hold' i have obliterated aduin, gained 50 levels, and completed about 80 side quests. have been sleeping, waiting, and fast traveling throughout it all, and Ulfrik has yet to send me anywhere else.
