I just read his page and moved onto dragon priests, for some reason he is labeled as a dragon priest even though he was only a skilled alchemist.

So to get started let me explain. I was filling myself in on anything I didn't know about the Black-Briars and I noticed that all the Black-Briars are wearing red EXCEPT Sibi Black-Briar. Now I know this just seems like a random choice by Bethesda but what if I asked you 'what other nobles wears all red?'. The answer is the Battle-Borns who are proud supporters of the Imperial Legion and as we all know the Black-Briars are as well. Now here is where my theory gets good, Sibi Black-Briar is wearing blue instead of red and wasn't on the best of terms with his family anyway (as far as I know) so aside from killing someone maybe he was imprisoned for being a secret Stormcloak supporter and Maven wants him to remain in jail until he accepts the Imperial Legion as the true protectors of Skyrim and sees Ulfric Stormcloak as a traitor to his own people. Now I could either be overthinking it a little or I could be right but it's a good theory either way.
Everything listed here so far isn't a bug it's a feature, Tod Howard said so
Personally I think it depends on what your characters think, from rp standards anyway.
Alternatively you could put a stamina increase enchantment on a saint helmet and you could keep both
Rumors tend to be embellished quite often in any case, for example I fella I know turns three words into three hundred just for attention.
It's neutral if you read the letter in The Drunken Huntsman
To the Dragonborn than anyone else?
The sphere in Blackreach is a tool that was used to manipulate the fabric of time by the Dwarves which allowed the dragon to accidentally get transported to Blackreach, but the kicker is the Dragonborn caused him to get brought to the city after his revival by Alduin. At least that's my theory.
@The Mechanical Menace. You mean Kyne's Grove
I think it's the witch in Dark light Tower
Morally I think it's the witch in Dark light Tower because she was willing to kill her own mother to save the rest of Skyrim
