Uh… I know one of the mods I used at one point gave me the option but I can’t remember what it was. Your best bet is just killing bandits/thieves and visiting blacksmiths. Blacksmiths tend to carry them, as do general stores, and they’re only like 5 gold at the absolute most. Easy to find and easy to buy.
