9: The Companions
The reward for all of it is good at the end of the day, but the entire Questline for me was just really boring. Everything about this Questline was just a little bit too long and all of the characters weren’t all that likable. Njada was the only sane person there since she was the only one questioning the fact that some random guy came into the Companions and instantly became leader. Also, Skjor just randomly came back to life and started insulting me, so yeah this has got to be last place.
8: The College of Winterhold
This Questline was honestly just too short and not fleshed out well enough. It started with distrust around the College, then some filler quests, and then a really buggy boss fight. The only thing saving this one is the characters.
7: The Thieves Guild
This is when the questlines start to get pretty good. Thievery in general just isn’t really my thing but I still enjoyed the story for what it was. The ending was pretty exciting and the characters for the most part were likable, and as an ES villain, Mercer was pretty well thought out.
6: The Vampires
Being a master vampire is cool, but being a vampire killer is just more fun in my opinion which is why this isn’t as high.
5: The Civil War
This one had a lot of filler quests, but I still enjoyed taking over forts, being a spy, and killing both Ulfric Stormcloak and General Tullius. I enjoyed both questlines (Even though the Stormcloak one was better, and the Imperials are more in the right) and don’t have a lot of complaints here.
4: The Dawnguard
I liked the cute dogs, the pet trolls, and the aspect of killing vampires. Also, I found all of the characters here to be really likable.
3: The Main Questline
There is nothing better than saving the world from dragons and looking like a badass, and this is why I liked this Questline a lot. Also, being able to recruit your favorite followers into the Blades was awesome for me and I don’t know why.
2: Dragonborn
Nothing is more satisfying than exploring the new island of Solstheim and killing Miraak. Everything about this Questline is rewarding and just feels good to do. All of the characters are likable and the new abilities and story was really well done.
1: Dark Brotherhood
Ik I’m a psychopath, but killing people in Skyrim is just fun. And as much filler as this Questline had, I enjoyed the killing people part and seeing the fate of Gabriella and Veezara was honestly really sad. To top this, the quests just in general were really fun, and characters like Cicero and (I’m using his name again) Veezara made it 10x better.
