Khenarthi Roost är en liten ö utanför Elsweyr bebos av både Khajiit och Maormer, uppkallad efter den Khajiiti gudinnan Khenarthi talet. Ön är beströdd med månen sockerplantager och är en plats för både aktiv Khajiiti dyrkan och Maormer magi, som Khajiit undertecknat ett fredsavtal med Maormer som tillät dem att bosätta sig på ön. Denna ö är under påverkan av Aldmeri Dominion, som aktivt bekämpa skooma produktion.
En förödande storm nyligen drabbade ön; under Dominion questline det avslöjas stormen trollade av Maormer. Bruten fartyg kull södra och västra sidan av ön, och byn Cat's Eye Quay, nära hamnstaden Mistral är nästan helt borta.
