"The Dark Elves and Argonians are finally willing to work with Prince Irnskar and meet in a council of war. Now the Prince wants me to convince the Eastmarch thanes to attend the war council as well."

Walkthrough[]
- Persuade can be used on thane Harvald.
- Use the mushrooms outside the main gates to mask any scent to prevent the wolves from attacking.
- Persuade Vala Davel to give the Mead, or bribe her with 57
. The Mead can be looted from the Dark Elf area.
