Strategy[]
When summoned, Abecean Navigator allows the summoner to draw an Action card and place it in their hand if it is the top card on their deck. If it is not the top card, however, it is placed at the bottom of the deck, ensuring that it will be drawn last.
Decks with many Actions benefit most from this card, as it provides an opportunity for the summoner to fill their hand with those actions, providing them with greater opportunities and card diversity. However, this can also be detrimental if the top card is moved to the bottom of the deck, but would have been otherwise useful if drawn.
