Aetherion is a powerful spiritual Daedric Titan found inside the ruins of Skyreach Pinnacle. He will respawn after death unless the Aetherion Core is attacked, which appears after his death.
He was created through the Nedes' nirncrux research, and was sealed using wards activated by Yokudan invaders. The Scaled Court inadvertently freed the Celestials in the ruins, but Mederic Vyger and the Vestige defeated Aetherion and restored the wards.
