Dwemer plans to build an Airship
Airships are a form of travel that is not widely available. Only two known airships are confirmed to exist both relying on Dwemer technologies to function, one a dirigible and the other a modified boat. The Sload are also said to operate airships. In the Dragonborn dlc, you can come across a dwarven, airship ruin.
