Alchemy Training is a quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Walkthrough[]
To start this quest, ask one of the quest givers about Alchemy Training, they will then point the Hero into the direction of Sinderion who will train them for two of the rarest wines in the game which are Surilie Brothers Vintage 399 and Tamika Vintage 399.
These can be most easily found by going to Castle Skingrad and looting the wine cellar, as old Sinderion will have no qualms about necking several liters of stolen posh booze; there are five bottles of the Surilie Brothers and seven bottles of the Tamikas, any surplus can just be sold to a thieves guild fence for a modest sum to add on to your "amount fenced."
Or alternatively both of these wines are in the Emperor's room at Cloud Ruler Temple, the Frostcrag Spire vault area (if having the plug-in), or in Benirus Manor after completion of the quest "Where Spirits Have Lease." After given these wines to Sinderion he will agree to train.
