Alpha Wolves are unused creatures in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The alpha wolf has 22 health and is a larger, more powerful version of a regular wolf.

Trivia[]
- Alpha Wolves do not naturally appear anywhere in Skyrim and can only be summoned by the use of console commands, as E3demoMarker must be enabled for it to spawn in its original location, near Embershard Mine. They are, however, depicted in Skyrim's loading screens.
- In Part 1 of the Skyrim Demo footage from Bethesda, the Dragonborn is seen fighting an alpha wolf.[1]

- When a summoned Familiar despawns or is killed, rather than fizzling out into the air, an alpha wolf body labeled "Familiar" may appear. It can be looted and picked up like a regular body, however it contains no loot.
