The Altar of Talos is a small altar dedicated to Talos, one of the Nine Divines, once known as Tiber Septim. Altars to each of the Divines are located radially along the wall around the main altar in each city's Chapel, beneath a representation of the Divine in stained glass. In order to gain the Blessing of Talos from this altar, the Hero must have found and activated the Wayshrine of Tiber Septim.
