Proxy Queen Alwinarwe is an Altmer who resides in Alinor, the capital of the Summerset Isles, in the Alinor Royal Palace. She rules over the Isles while Queen Ayrenn rules over the Aldmeri Dominion who is in Auridon and on the mainland. Summerset residents fondly refer to her as the "Proxy Queen."

Queen Alwinarwe, although caring for her people, can be rather direct and to-the-point at times. Despite how she comes off to others, she is spontaneous and accommodating to the Vestige. She is the cousin of Queen Ayrenn.[1]
