Acquisition[edit | edit source]
Dumag gro-Bonk, the blacksmith of The Missing Pauldron in Bliss forges these weapons and Amber Armor once the correct number of Amber samples have been collected. Providing the proper matrices allows enchanted variations to be smithed, although the unenchanted originals can be enchanted at an Altar of Enchanting at the Arcane University with soul gems and gold.
When a matrix is given to Dumag, it disappears from the inventory, allowing each one to be used only once. They can be found as randomized loot from creatures or in chests only in the Shivering Isles.
Quality level[edit | edit source]
As with Madness Weapons, the Amber Weapons crafted by Dumag are leveled, contingent entirely upon Character Level. All Amber Weapons are enchanted with Damage Health when created with a matrix and the level cap is 23. "Amber piece" numbers are taken from the in-game book Amber Materials List.
|8–9||(No prefix)||10 points|
|14–17||Very Fine||15 points|
Attributes by piece[edit | edit source]
All values are calculated using the base value, meaning no perks, skills, enchantmentes, active effects, or attribute modifiers are considered. The values listed are for the <no prefix> level of the weapon, which is crafted at levels 8 and 9.
