Amulet of the Moon is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in which the Dragonborn must recover a Moon Amulet which was stolen by bandits from Kharjo, a Khajiit caravan guard.

- Find the Moon Amulet inside the dungeon
- Return the Moon Amulet to Kharjo
Walkthrough[]
Speaking with Kharjo will reveal that his Moon Amulet was stolen during a bandit raid on the caravan, and that he wishes to have it returned. Kharjo explains that the amulet is special, as he received it from his mother when he was just a cub.
Once the Dragonborn retrieves the amulet, Kharjo will reward them with a leveled sum of 
for recovering his keepsake and becomes available as a follower.

Trivia[]
- The easiest way to find Kharjo is to use the wait function outside any of the cities he stops at with his Khajiit caravan, such as Riften, until he arrives.
- The Moon Amulet can be pickpocketed, looted, or traded from Kharjo as a companion after the quest has been completed.

- If the quest directs to the player to Broken Oar Grotto, Cracked Tusk Keep, or Frostmere Crypt, and the player has already cleared this location, the quest cannot be completed as those dungeons will not reset and the Moon Amulet will not spawn.
- Reloading a save before taking the quest and accepting it again will direct the player to a different radiant location
