This unique creature is summoned by Arch-Curate Vyrthur during the quest "Touching the Sky."

Combat

As is the case for all Frost Atronachs, the Ancient Frost Atronach is extremely resistant to frost. On some occasions, it completely resists weaker frost spells. It deals extremely high melee damage, but is vulnerable to fire and is as slow as a troll, and can thus be easily defeated with a bow.
