Not to be confused with Ancient Nord Armor (Armor Piece).
"Ugh, that armor stinks of death. Have you been grave robbing?"
Hold Guard[src]

Ancient Nord Armor is a heavy armor set in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

A variant of the iron armor set, the Ancient Nord Armor has similar base attributes, albeit slightly lighter, and benefits from the Daedric Smithing perk. The set does not include a shield.

Relatively rare, it cannot be collected from draugr, or crafted under normal circumstances.

Locations

Smithing

The set may only be forged at the Skyforge once the Companions' main questline has been completed and Eorlund Gray-Mane has been spoken to about the forge.

The armor is displayed in the Daedric section of the crafting menu. It's requirement, the Daedric Smithing perk, doubles the improvement level on it. All pieces may be upgraded with an Iron Ingot at a workbench.
