The Anniversary Jubilee is a yearly event in The Elder Scrolls Online that celebrates the anniversary of the launch of Online in 2014. The jubilee was first held in 2016 and has occurred every year since, the latest being 2024 marking the tenth anniversary since the official launch. At the docks of each of the first cities for the first main zone of each alliance (Daggerfall, Davon's Watch, and Vulkhel Guard), Chef Donolon or his assistant Apprentice Mogh prepare a jubilee cake.

Every year, a new cake is made available that can be summoned as a memento after completing the associated quest. Prior to 2024, completing the quest "Ache For Cake" was necessary to unlock the cake and eat to be given a +100% experience bonus. In 2024, the experience bonus was provided to all characters without having to eat cake for the duration of the event. During the event, the Vestige is able to complete any repeatable quest to earn Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes and event tickets to exchange at the Impresario for unique rewards. A maximum of three event tickets can be earned each day.

The 2024 Anniversary Jubilee marked the tenth anniversary of since the launch of Online and began on 10 AM on April 4 EDT, ending at 10 AM on April 23 on Xbox and PlayStation. The event ended two days later on PC at 10 AM on April 25 as compensation for server-related issues. While previous events featured the quest "Ache for Cake" with Chef Donolon, the 2024 event featured the new quest "For Cake's Sake" with Apprentice Mogh. The cake was violet and cream taking on the appearance of Molag Bal standing atop the rotunda of the White-Gold Tower.

The 2023 Anniversary Jubilee began at 10 AM on April 6 EDT and ended at 10 AM on April 18 EDT. This jubilee was the last to feature the quest "Ache for Cake" with Chef Donolon. The style of the jubilee cake was inspired by the architecture of Apocrypha, with Necrom having been released that year.

The 2022 Anniversary Jubilee began at 10 AM on April 7 EDT and ended at 10 AM on April 19 EDT. The jubilee cake for this year's celebration was a three-tier squared blue frosted sponge adorned with a miniature tall ship in reference to High Isle having been released that year.

The 2021 Anniversary Jubilee began at 10 AM on April 1 EDT and ended at 10 AM on April 15 EDT. It was originally supposed to end at 10 AM on April 13, but was extended on all platforms after server-related issues on PlayStation. The jubilee cake for this year's celebration was a two-tiered red glazing with black embellishments and a top ornament in the style of a tower in the Deadlands in reference to Blackwood having been released that year.

The 2020 Anniversary Jubilee began at 10 AM on 2 April EDT and ended at 10 AM on April 14 EDT. The jubilee cake for this year's celebration was a vampirism-themed three-tiered red velvet with black icing in reference to Greymoor having been released that year.

The 2019 Anniversary Jubilee began at 10 AM on April 4 and ended at 10 AM on May 9, a total of five weeks with each week representing every year since launch and making it the longest of any jubilee event. Different rewards could be earned during each week for completing different activities: crafting writs, delves and world bosses, Alliance War and battlegrounds, group dungeons and trials, and any daily quest for each week respectively. This was the first jubilee to feature event tickets and the Impresario. The jubilee cake for this year's celebration was a bisected three-tiered blue floral sweetroll adorned with the ouroboros.

There was no Anniversary Jubilee for 2015.
The jubilee cakes from 2016 to 2018 were the same style of cake with the next having one more tier than the last. The 2019 cake was the first thematically stylized cake.
