Argonian Dock Workers is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is a radiant quest "A Few Words with You" and initiated in the docks of Windhelm. Scouts-Many-Marshes, one of the Argonian dock workers in Windhelm complains about being ill-treated and underpaid by his boss, Torbjorn Shatter-Shield, and asks for the Dragonborn's help.

Walkthrough[]
The Dragonborn can find Torbjorn in his house in the northwestern quarter of Windhelm. They can try to persuade, bribe or intimidate him to pay better wages to his Argonian workers. After the Dragonborn succeeds, they may report back to Scouts-Many-Marches in the Argonian Assemblage at the docks and get rewarded with a few potions.
Alternatively, if the Dragonborn has given an Amulet of Arkay to Torbjorn as he requested during "Rare Gifts," Torbjorn will immediately agree to raise their wages without needing to persuade, bribe, or intimidate.
Trivia[]
- If the Dragonborn completes Torbjorn's miscellaneous quest to get an Amulet of Arkay for his wife, he will have a dialogue option that will automatically increase the Argonian wages without them having to bribe, intimidate or persuade him, saying it is for the Dragonborn and not for them.
