I met a miner named Samsi at the Badwater mine. She tells me that the mine is collapsing and her partner is trapped inside. I told her I would go in and find her partner. If he's dead, she still needs his supply pack.

Walkthrough[]
Outside of the Badwater Mine, you will run into a woman called Samsi af-Bazra. She will tell you that she just escaped the collapsing mine, but that her partner is still in there, and that she is not certain whether he is still alive. She will request you to go in there and save him, or at least bring back his supply pack.
Head into the mine. You will hear some rumbling, but do not worry. At the end of the path, you will see the ghost of Samsi's partner Haidar al-Sentinel rising above his body. Speak with him and he will tell you that he did not die from the collapsing mine; rather, he was murdered by Samsi the moment they found something of value. In death, he placed a curse on the gemstones they found, so that all who take them with greed in their heart will be punished. At this point, he will ask for your help in getting his vengeance on Samsi; it is up to you whether you wish to help him or not.
If you decide to help him get vengeance, take the gemstones from the supply pack and return then to Samsi to finish the quest. She will die moments after taking the stones. If you decide not to help the spirit enact vengeance, [?].
