Walkthrough[]
After having aided Helseth in his task to blackmail Lord Castellian, Lady Barenziah will call upon the Agent to do her bidding.
A page wearing the colors and pale yellow rose of Wayrest appears silently at your side. He hands you a letter and disappears as quietly as he arrived.
The messenger provides a letter from Barenziah, asking the Agent to meet her in Castle Wayrest. Upon arrival there, Lady Barenziah informs the Hero that a scandalous book about her is in the possession of the Orcs of Orsinium, and wishes it to be returned.
Upon going to Orsinium and retrieving the book for the Queen, the Agent is rewarded with gold and information.
Necromancer's book[]
Should the Agent take too long to visit Orsinium, Gortwog will send a vision:
A misty shape forms in your mind. An orc shaman! It gives way to a regal orc, wearing a crown.
"The book you are looking for is no longer in Orsinium. The Necromancers have stolen it from us. If you are available, we are interested in pooling our resources against this mutual enemy. Please do not be so foolish as to assume that the orcs are your enemy, simply because we are orcs. If you are interested, come to me at Orsinium Hall in Orsinium."
The face vanishes, leaving you with only a memory.
Travel to Orsinium and speak to Gortwog, who will offer the location of the book in return for aiding him in retrieving it for himself. Gortwog's proposal can be accepted or denied, the book will appear in Scourg Barrow regardless. The book can then be delivered to either Gortwog or Barenziah to complete the quest.
