Battle Cry is the Nord racial Greater Power; as such, it can be used once a day. It is similar in effect to a Fear spell and it is considered to be equivalent to a physical assault; if it is used in a populated town, the Dragonborn will be fined 40 gold per person affected.

- Does not work on Undead, Daedra, or automatons.
- Staggers enemies with a magnitude of 0.05, with an area of 40-feet.
