Bedlam is an action card in The Elder Scrolls: Legends that is a part of the Jaws of Oblivion expansion.

Bedlam provides two scamps each with 1 health and 1 power in the summoner's hand. The scamps themselves each cost 1 magicka to summon. As the scamps are not summoned instantly, it allows the summoner to choose a better time to use them when they may be put to greater use.
Although the resulting scamps alone are not powerful, Bedlam is an effective low-cost card to assist its user in gaining board dominance. Scamps contributing to a large board presence can diminishing the obviousness of possible actions an opponent might make and pressure them into sacrificing cards and moves to clear the board of menial creatures.
