This is the house of Belyn Hlaalu, owner of the Hlaalu Farm, which is located in the Gray Quarter, just south-east of the city walls of Windhelm.
The house is well kept, and there's a chest containing loot and a skill book located in a dark corner upstairs.
Belyn may be found in the house at certain times in the day.
