Bernadette Peneles' House is located at the south side of Skingrad. It lies between Tamika's House and Uuras the Shepherd's House. There are two leveled chests on the top floor.
Bernadette works at Tamika's Vineyards during the day. Bernadette is one of the targets in the miscellaneous quest "Paranoia."
