Blacksmith Quarters is Oengul War-Anvil's personal residence found in Windhelm. The area is also where Oengul's apprentice Hermir Strong-Heart resides. The quarters consist of scattered weapons and books inside, and the smithing forge outside. Since the place only has one bed, either Oengul War-Anvil or Hermir will be found sitting on the first floor at night.

•  PC   360   PS3   After the Battle for Windhelm, the guard that stands guard in front of the blacksmith will be standing almost chest-deep in rubble.
•  360   If Hermir is killed and her body is found, Oengul will have all dialogue options removed and will constantly run away from the Dragonborn, regardless of whether or not they were the ones who murdered Hermir.
