The Blessing of Talos is a spell in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Acquisition

• The Amulet of Talos (when worn).
• Praying at a Shrine of Talos grants the effect for eight hours.

Effect

Reduces the cooldown time between shouts by 20%.
