Blisterwort is an ingredient in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It can be used to make potions at an alchemy lab as part of alchemy.
Locations[edit | edit source]
Blisterwort is commonly found in caves such as:
- Blackreach – at least 18 can be found here
- Chillwind Depths – at least 45 found throughout the cave
- Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary
- Darklight Tower – at least 5 through out the tower levels
- Dead Drop Falls – at least 6 can be found here
- Druadach Redoubt – 3 can be found at the cave entrance
- Fallowstone Cave – at least 7 in the cave
- Graywinter Watch – at least 6 in the cave
- Halldir's Cairn – at least 10 in the cave
- Lost Prospect Mine – at least 9 in the cave
- Redoran's Retreat – 2 can be found at the end of the cave
- Robber's Cove – 6 can be found within the cave
- Shadowgreen Cavern – 3 can be found near the entrance
- Tolvald's Cave – 14 found across the cave
- Toppled Towers
- White River Watch
- Wolfskull Cave
- It can also be found in Proudspire Manor in Solitude after purchasing the Alchemy Lab from Falk Firebeard.
Alchemy Merchants, including Arcadia, regularly sell multiple at any time, and after completing the quest "Salt For Arcadia," at least two samples can be regularly taken from Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun for free without being classified as stealing. Orgnar at the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood will usually sell about three Blisterwort. If the Dragonborn asks permission to use the Alchemy Lab, Orgnar will explain that Blisterwort and Wheat make a Healing Potion, adding that he has several other ingredients for sale, as well.
