At the top of my head, I can think of three planes of Oblivion his/her soul is bound to upon death. Are the Daedric Princes going to argue about who gets the soul?

Your soul of a dragon is gift from Akatosh, so it is quite possible that after you die you will probably just return to Akatosh :P

Sithis and Anu are both equal in power so they are both the most powerful gods.
They are not gods they are just Deadra
the Dragonborn made a deal with the prince of knowledge but the deal was he would teach him bend will and in return the Dragonborn would give the secret of the skaal.the deals over That doesn’t make him a servant of the daedric prince of knowledge.the Dragonborn did not follow the foot steps of miraak if did then he would be a servant of him. The Dragonborn destiny isn’t written.the Dragonborn makes his own destiny.
i think that the dragonborn's soul would be able to wander freely between the different 'afterlifes' (bepending on the factions you chose). so if you are an assassin-thief-werewolf, you could wander between the realms that the corresponding Gods own whom you've serviced your life to. and because you're told you're welcome back to sovngarde, you might also be able to go to sovngarde as well, regardless of race.
Why hasn't Bethesda created any Canon to this? Leaving it to our imagination?
There has to be some Unbreakable canon lore! Not details like roleplaying choices but a canon of what happens to a Dragonborn soul. Does he die of age or not? What is he exactly? How is a Dragonborn created?
What about Sithis and what the Dark Brotherhood says about Lorkhan?
What about Talos?
What about Elven Pantheon and Nordic Pantheon with Alessian (Imperial Pantheon)
What is the CANON truth?
Those things don't affect roleplay. So why not make a final Canon Lore?
When will it finally be decided?
And where does the Elder Scrolls story end? The Final CANON end/result of the story?
Ok Vampires soul goes to Molag. Werewolfs to Hircine. These are choices. Mora claims nothing your deal/ bargain was fullfilled. You learned a shout do defeat Miraak in exchange that's it. End of deal!
Does nocturnal claim anything? It would seem so. But in that case Bethesda takes away your roleplaying choice only so you can solve the matter of the Thieves Guild. But i doubt it. So why isn't there a canon to finally answer that?
And why is this quest even forced to you to take an oath to a daedric lord to take some armor to gain nothing in order to defeat a regular thief like Mercer? He is just a thief with some powers. Not a demigod.
