Is Azura good or evil? I can't figure this out.
On this wiki it says Azura is one of the most benevolent Daedric Princes, but in the Azura's Star quest, Nelacar seems to be quite insistent that she is evil and that she drove Malyn insane.

"Most benevolant" does not equate to "purely benevolant."
Malyn tried to manipulate Azura's Star into becoming the Black Star, thus transforming one of her artifacts. Not only that, but he also wanted to turn it into his personal cocoon of immortality.
She retaliated as any Daedra would, in her position.

Then it's kinda ironic that the only Daedra that you can actually double-cross is the relatively nicest one...

Well she punished an entire race for the actions of 3 people, that sounds pretty evil to me. Worshipping her hasn't seemed to work in the Dunmers favor at all either, Since they reverted back to Daedra worship the Dark Elves have had red mountain erupt, Argonians invade, and the place has been all around hell.
