I was thinking, when you go to Sovengarde, to fight Alduin, it is suggested that Shor rules over Sovenguarde. Tsun, the brother of Stunh (Stendar), claims that he is a Shield-thane of Shor. Also, the heroes of Sovengarde say that Shor ordered them to curb their battle spirits and retreat to the Hall of Valor. We all know that Shor is Nordic equivalent of Lorhan and that he rules over after life, Sovengarde. However, when you enter the Hall of Valor, you don't see Shor. Shor's throne is there and you can even sit in it, but Shore isn't present there. Is it because Shor is embodiment of Sovengarde and he's everywhere? Or because he only appears to the dead heroes? According to one book in Skyrim, the hero who died in battle against giants, was offered a leg of goat roast and a hand of a wench by Shor himself. Does anyone have any opinion why our hero in Skyrim hears so much about Shor, but is unable to see him in Sovengarde?
