the weirdest thing ever that happened to me that i was talking to someone, and the guard was like "no talking in my city!"

I went to talk to some Thalmor Justiciars that I found on the road near Whiterun, and instead of the rude dialogue that I usually get from them, one of them said "I had to get this for you when I saw it. I hope you like it." Bloody rags are then added to my inventory, and she marches away with a smile on her face.
Whenever I start off a character I keep exploiting Ulfr the Blind to level my sneak while I do something else.
Strangely enough, my sneak skill still levels itself up even though I'm sneaking from a blind NPC. :3
I have so many but I'll just fire off a few from my most recent play through with the DLC installed.
While exploring mirrak's temple with Frea My conjured Seeker kept Starting fights with her for no apparent reason. The first time it happened we were fighting a pack of draugir and I figured that she got caught in the radius of its ranged energy ball attack and got pissed at it. However the same thing happened at least 3-4 times and the seeker went after her without ANY provocation whatsoever.
Best example was in the dining hall where Frea waits in the main area while you locate the switch for the hidden passage. I Summoned a seeker from the alcove where the switch is and it proceeded to float out of the alcove and around the corner to where frea was and attacks her lol.
When I triggered the reluctant steward quest Instead of having Neloth mention shes missing and finding her corpse surrounded by ash spawn somewhere I FTed to Tel Mithryn to find Varona's dead body laying on the ground next to Talvan who was still flippng through his book trying to get the ash guardian spell to work. So I go inside and Neloth asks if I've seen her cuz he's hungry and I'm thinking "Have you checked yer front porch lately??"
I also got the same quest someone else mentioned to kill a giant for a jarl. When I showed up at the giant camp to kill him I noticed 3 red dots appear on my compass so I went into sneak mode and crept towards the hostiles only to see 2 mammoths beating the living crap out of the giant and killing him. I was fine with that since I was only about level 5 at the time and prolly woulda died anyway.
Getting a bandit stuck in my teeth after killing him with a power bite attack in vamp lord mode and having to fight the rest of his gang with his corpse dangling in front of me. Reverting back to human form dislodged him but when it did his corpse went flying off in a random direction I found him some time later stuck in a tree several miles away.
While climbing up the mountain to meet the graybeards I ran into some frost trolls they started running towards me with murderous intent when all of the sudden a dragon spawns and it lands between me and the trolls who immediately attack it and they get a fire breath blast to the face. Killed one outright and the second one basically committed suicide when it tried to melee the dragon as it lifted off causing him to slip off the side and plummet to his death.
I was too busy laughing hysterically to defend myself after the dragon turned its attention me but it was worth dying to see lol.
While my brother was playing, at the beginning of the game, he killed a chicken in Riverwood. Queue literally EVERY SINGLE FREAKING PERSON IN RIVERWOOD pulling out a weapon and killing the ever-loving crap out of him.
Exact same thing happened to my brother, now every time he walks past that chicken in Riverwood he has the biggest rage.
The weirdest thing that happened to me was in Bonechill Passage on the way to Ancients Ascent. There was a Snow bear sitting in the middle of the bridge, so i went up to attack it and suddenly it vanished. After a close inspection of the cave i located it floating just below the ceiling above were it was standing. I shot an arrow at it and then is started teleporting randomly around the room. Managed to kill it but the body disappeared. I later discovered the body INSIDE Lakeview manor when i was almost level 50 (this happened when i was about lvl 15).
I Was walking around somewhere South in the Mountains, leveling Magic Skill, Mjoll was chillin' around somewhere with my equipment because i ran away from three trolls. So I made the attempt to clear Autumnwatch Tower, expecting a Low-Level Dragon which I could kill easily. Nope - it was a Legendary Dragon. by the way, the first I ever encountered. With Low Levels in all Magic Schools, i barely made It out alive and fled to the west, which was only another mistake. The First Dragon Still Following me, I had to fight off Several Draugr at Arcwind Point, which I first expected to be just another Tomb with some Bandits at the entrance and a nice cooking spot for some Potatoe Stew. There was a Serpentine Dragon waiting on the top of the Tomb, which started attacking me as well. Running away from them, I was still searching for the entrance as I didn't know there wasn't even one, when that damn dragon priest busted out of his sarcophagus and nearly blew me away with some fireballs. I took my last bottles of Skooma, after this, my Bold Redguard died by the Priest's Shock Spell Staff feeling like Mace Windu.
Jalf Baalgruf yelling "SKYRIM BELONGS TO THE NORDS" despite being sided with the Imperials. I don't get it. (Again, an idiot with Skyrim.)
I was derping about in Morthal when some guy challenged me to a fist-fight. About half way through, a guard came up to me and told me to stop accidentally hitting the shout button when putting the controller down, while I was being punched to death.
That comment about the Mannequins surrounding the bed was funny I chuckled for a while on that. I once came across a dead rabbit running along the ground (i.e. it was lying on its side but still running). I gave my follower some leather armour once instead of steel and we fast traveled somewhere and she was following behind me swimming in mid air. It seems Light armour made her defy gravity.
Well, this is still happening, the dragons body is still there but basically spawns in different places every time I enter the city, but here is what's going on.
In Whiterun I'm assuming it was a dragon they had killed while I was somewhere else and I didn't absorb the soul and I can't for whatever reason, and the body either ends up by the market place or by the gate to Skyrim, it's kind of freaky and it gliches, but I can't help but laugh my butt off whenever I see it.
I gave one of my daughters an ebony dagger then a few days later on a different stop at home I decided to check what she had stashed in her bed chest and found a copy of Boethia's Calling I was so proud I woke her up and gave her a sweet roll :D
OH!speaking of dead rabbits the other day as I was just wandering around trying to fill out my undiscovered map locations a rabbit came hopping down a hill as I was walking by and when it got to the bottom I hear it do a death squeak and see it sort of cart wheel across the road.
I also recently discovered that killing dragons in mid flight with vampiric drain can lead to weird results. I've had one that I killed with it just stay suspended in the air for almost a full minute before falling and melting down to bones and another I hit while it was circling and after losing its life bar continued to fly around for a while and didn't actually "die" until it landed on its oen initiative
when i got the dager that has the enchantment of a small chanch to insently kill the target. i used it agenst alduin (finale battle) he died insently
