I sometimes find smal rooms whit only a bucket, is that a toilet?
It still is in some places here on Mundus, as well. In Viet Nam, they were referred to as "honey buckets". Their contents weren't wasted, they were used to fertilize the fields.
i found some stamina potions in the toilets, I wonder what they used it for...

Masturbating or constipation

there are buckets everywhere, no need for an outhouse when you have it next to your bed.
if you have it next to your bed then it's a chamberpot

No - they are chamber buckets. ;-P
LOL!
(I know it's an old thread, but still relevant.) Re toilet paper... That's what all the ruined books are for, and why they're worth so much! Sure, you can use them at the Atronach Forge, too, but only to make a couple very specific spell tomes -- how many of those does anyone need? That woudln't explain why they're worth 5g apiece. Or why there are so many of them kept all over the place. Use as toilet paper would explain it. When a book gets ruined, you wouldn't throw it out when it has such a needed use.
Or perhaps they were already used for that purpose, and that's how they became ruined. I mean, look at the color. Not sure you should be picking those up with your hands my friend.
Once in a while I see a chamber bucket with a minor health potion next to it. I imagine some Nord milk-drinker squirming there, swigging the potion as spicy Imperial food napalms out.
