Boldon is a Redguard commoner and a refugee from Kvatch residing in the Kvatch: Refugee Camp.
Background
Boldon lived a normal life in Kvatch, until a Great Oblivion Gate was opened near the city, and Mehrunes Dagon's Daedra attacked. Boldon was one of the few people who were able to make it out of the city alive.
