Bothamul is an Orsimer Lieutenant with the Ropefish residing in Sadrith Mora, Vvardenfell. He agrees to smuggle Eoki and several other slaves out of Morrowind in exchange for a considerable sum of gold during the quest "The Heart of a Telvanni."
