Bound Longsword is a magic effect that conjures a weightless Daedric Longsword. The longsword appears automatically equipped on the caster, displacing any currently equipped weapon to inventory. When the effect ends, the longsword disappears, and any previously equipped weapon is automatically re-equipped.
Casting this sword will increase the Conjuration level of the character, and has the advantage of ignoring ordinary weapon resistance. Furthermore, this weapon, because of its magic capabilities, can be used to attack spirits.
