It is a simple house where Bradon Lirrian lives with Erline Lirrian. It's located in the southwest of Bruma.

Bradon Lirrian's house is east of the Great Chapel of Talos . Upon entering his house there is a chest of drawers in the northeast corner with a pair of Huntsman Leather Pants on top. Next to the set of drawers is a grain sack. The small food preparation area in the northwest corner consists of a pantry and barrel for food storage and a locked chest containing random gold and/or clutter. A Green wool shirt lies on the floor. The southern dining area, which also has the trap door to the basement, holds another food storage barrel and two clutter sacks as well as two loaves of bread and a cheese wedge on a set of shelves and two baskets that hold a pumpkin and eight tomatoes. His double bed sits on the eastern wall.

In the small basement there are two clutter crates acting as steps to the trap door. On the wall next to the improvised steps is a non-respawning chest that can hold armor and weapons. There is little else in the basement; two food and two clutter barrels and a table upon which sits a novice charm scroll.
