Brander Releth is a Dunmer member of the Sixth House. He can be found in the western part of the starting area of the Forgotten Wastes at the dunmer stronghold. Together with Mountain-Caller Hlaren and Stone-Boiler Omalas, they are considered a group event boss of the dungeon.
