Deetsan of the Cheydinhal Mages Guild teaches this spell for free during the Cheydinhal Recommendation quest. Casting this spell allows the Hero to investigate the well behind the Cheydinhal Mages Guild to retrieve the Ring of Burden from Vidkun's corpse.
