Buying a house in Leyawiin is a quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Leyawiin's property is a small but serviceable house near the center of town-just north of Rosentia Gallenus's House and across the street from Weebam-Na's House.
Walkthrough[]
Speak to Count Marius when his disposition is 60 or over about buying a house. For 7000 
he will give the Hero the key to a house for sale near the center of town. He will also mention that Gundalas at Best Goods and Guarantees can sell furniture for the house.
Go over to the house to inspect and then visit the Best Goods and Guarantees to buy all the furniture needed at once if they have the money or buy what they can afford at the time.
