All merchant ships and their crews loyal to the Daggerfall Covenant are hereby placed under the mighty protection of King Fahara'jad, and any who sets upon such a ship with the intent of plunder shall be hunted and brought to swift, uncompromising justice. Any previously-issued Letter of Marque against any ship now loyal to the Covenant is hereby revoked.
Instead, turn your attention to ships flying the banners of the Aldmeri Dominion or Ebonheart Pact, or manned by crews loyal to these enemies of the Covenant. Any such ship may be attacked with full force of arms and pillaged, and a great bounty is set upon these vessels, their goods, and their crew members.
