Camoran Anaxemes was the Bosmer king of Valenwood in 2E 830, and a member of the Camoran Dynasty, who has ruled over the province for several years. Anaxemes was one of the heirs to vie for the throne in Falinesti. He had won it when he formed an alliance with the High King of Alinor, the province of the Summerset Isles. This alliance would become the Second Aldmeri Dominion.
History[]
In 2E 830, the heirs of the Camoran Dynasty attempted to gain favor over the throne in Falinesti, which is common for the family. When the Wood Elves were making the first steps of peace with the Colovian West of the Imperial Province, the High Elves of the Summerset Isles invaded Valenwood from the west. Citing stewardship made thousands of years prior, the High Elves established a Provisional Government in Valenwood, known as the Thalmor, by the request of their claimant to the Falinesti throne, Camoran Anaxemes. Anaxemes had sworn allegiance to the then High King of Alinor for fifty years, and so the combined force drove out the Colovians and so the Second Aldmeri Dominion was formed. While High King Camoran Anaxemes ruled from Falinesti, the Dominion capital was moved to Elden Root, since it had rooted long before Falinesti, which continued its seasonal shift across the province.[1]
