Carandial is an Altmer Mages Guild member who resides in Bravil.
Background[]
Carandial is the local expert on Ayleids and their ruined cities. Twice a month, he will make his way to the camp near Anutwyll to explore. When he is done, he will return to his home in Bravil. He is one of the few guild members to own a house, and will sleep there instead of inside the Guildhall.
