Cespar or Caspar is an island located off the coast of Hammerfell in the Abecean Sea. Cespar is located south of the island Herne, northwest of the Chain and Stros M'kai. Cespar has a settlement located in it. One of its most prominent citizens was Tralan the Two-Blade.[1]
Trivia
- The original map of Western Tamriel is not entirely readable so fans have named the numerous islands featured on the map, including the island Cespar, though looking at clear versions and TES: Redguard loading screens of the map reveal it to be Caspar.[UL 1]
